Founded: 2004
The Illinois Bobcats was founded in the summer of 2004 by Tobias Walker and Antoine Walker of the NBA to give the less celebrated players of the south side of Chicago a chance to play in front of the elite coaches and travel over the country. Tobias was 19 when he started out coaching and running the program and Antoine would join after he finished the season and the playoffs during the years he was fortunate enough to participate in them. The program has grown to be nationally known for producing elite and high quality talent for colleges across the country.
