The City Rocks are a Nike based travel team located in up-state New York. They are the premier grassroots program in upstate New York, winning their association's AAU championships for the last ten years running! City Rocks has placed over 90 student-athletes at Division I institutions, and Andray Blatche and James Thomas are two City Rocks alumni to have the honor of playing in the NBA. Additionally, Charles Spencer and David Holloway went on to play in the National Football League. Over the years, the City Rocks have also been a great stepping stone for Coaches, with five former coaches moving on to the NCAA Division I and NBA Ranks. City Rocks Director Jim Hart also runs the prestigious Rumble in the Bronx Tournament at Fordham University each June.
