Team Detroit’s 2010 standout, Trey Zeigler, made an unofficial visit to Michigan State earlier this week. Michigan State remains among the list of schools Zeigler plans on considering in his difficult recruiting decision. Zeigler is one of the nation’s most sought-after prospects. The Spartans have a high level of interest for Zeigler as do a number of other schools including UCLA, Michigan, Arizona, Texas, Kentucky, Indiana and Kansas. Zeigler’s father, Ernie Zeigler, was an assistant coach for UCLA under Ben Howland, and Trey has a close relationship with Coach Howland making UCLA another definite possibility for the basketball star. Zeigler is a hot prospect so keep an eye out for his commitment decision in the near future.
