The top grassroots basketball coaches in the country have joined forces to structure, improve and clean up the grassroots basketball system. GBOA Hoops scanned the thousands of teams in the grassroots basketball world and hand-picked the top 64 teams in all of North America -- irrespective of shoe affiliation. These teams will compete head-to-head in structured league play throughout 2008 and beyond.

4 Regions:

• GBOA West: May 3-4, 2008 (Los Angeles, CA)
• GBOA North: May 10-11, 2008 (Chicago, IL)
• GBOA East: May 17-18, 2008 (New York, NY)
• GBOA South: June 28-29, 2008 (Atlanta, GA)

Think NBA or NCAA structured league play … but for grassroots basketball.

Fans will build lasting loyalty to local grassroots basketball teams, just as they have for NBA and NCAA teams. Grassroots basketball has a cult-like following who has never been given total access to teams and players -- until now.
